Welcome to TreviaTrip. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including
booking flights, managing reservations, and any other interactions on www.treviatrip.com. By accessing
or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.
2. Definitions
“Client” refers to any individual or entity booking a flight through TreviaTrip.
“Booking” means the reservation of one or more seats on a flight via TreviaTrip.
“Carrier” refers to the airline operating the flight.
“Ticket” means the document or electronic record issued by the Carrier confirming the
airfare payment.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Flight Availability
- All flight availability and fares are subject to real-time updates from the Carrier and may change
until your payment is completed.
- TreviaTrip reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if the Carrier confirms no seats are
available.
3.2 Fare Quotes
- Quoted fares include base fare, taxes, and surcharges. Additional fees (e.g., seat selection,
baggage) may not be included and will be shown during checkout.
3.3 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway. You authorize TreviaTrip to charge your
chosen payment method for the total fare amount.
- All transactions are final once payment confirmation is received. Any disputes must be raised
within 7 days of the transaction.
4. Cancellation, Changes & Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by Client
- Clients may cancel a booking through the “Manage Booking” page using their PNR and email address.
- Cancellation fees and refund eligibility depend on the Carrier’s fare rules. Please refer to our
Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4.2 Changes by Client
- Change requests (dates, passenger names, etc.) are subject to Carrier approval and applicable fees.
- Clients must request changes at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled departure time.
4.3 Cancellation by Carrier
- If a Carrier cancels or significantly changes a flight, TreviaTrip will notify clients as soon as
possible with available alternatives or refund options.
5. Liability & Indemnification
5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
- TreviaTrip acts solely as an intermediary between Clients and Carriers. We do not own or operate
any flights.
- We provide the website and services “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
- TreviaTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
booking or travel disruptions.
- In no event shall TreviaTrip’s liability exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
5.3 Indemnification
- Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless TreviaTrip, its officers, employees, and agents from
any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their use of the service or violation of these
Terms.
6. User Conduct
- Clients must provide accurate and complete passenger information. Any false or fraudulent details
may lead to booking cancellation without refund.
- Clients shall not use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
- Your personal data will be handled according to our
Privacy Policy.
- By booking through TreviaTrip, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as
described therein.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, and trademarks displayed on www.treviatrip.com are the property of TreviaTrip
or its licensors.
- No portion of the website may be reproduced without prior written permission from TreviaTrip.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction],
