1. Search for Flights

Enter your origin, destination, travel dates, and passenger details in our search form. TreviaTrip’s powerful engine compares dozens of airlines and displays the best available fares. Use filters to narrow down options by price, duration, airline, or departure time.

2. Review Flight Options

Browse through the flight results, which include nonstop and connecting options. Each flight card shows departure/arrival times, layovers, baggage rules, and fare class. Click on “Select” to view detailed information, including seat availability and fare breakdown.

3. Check Flight Details

On the Flight Details page, see a comprehensive fare breakdown (base fare, taxes, fees), baggage allowance, and in-flight amenities. Review policies for changes, cancellations, and refunds. When you’re ready, click “Continue” to enter passenger details.

4. Enter Passenger Information & Extras

Provide passenger names, date of birth, contact information, and select any extras such as seat preferences, extra baggage, meals, or priority boarding. Ensure all details are correct before proceeding to payment.

5. Complete Payment

Review your fare summary and enter payment details securely. TreviaTrip supports multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards and net banking. After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation with your PNR and ticket details.

6. Receive Confirmation

Once your payment is processed, you’ll see a booking confirmation page with your PNR. You can download your e-ticket, email the itinerary, or view your booking in “My Dashboard” under “My Bookings.” We’ll also send a confirmation email with all details.

7. Manage or Cancel Booking

Need to make changes? Visit the “Manage Booking” page, enter your PNR and email, and modify dates, add extras, or cancel. For cancellations, refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details on eligibility and processing.
